A word to the wise-*****:

If you like Bill Hicks and (especially) Lenny Bruce, seek out the
works of Murray Roman, a peer of Lenny's who ALSO checked out from a
heroin OD! Also of note is the fact that Murray was the first comedian
to mix rock music into his stand-up routines on an album. Bill Hicks
got particularly hyped up about making the "Arizona Bay" album because
he thought that IT would be the first such album, and he died without
learning otherwise. I myself didn't find out about Murray Roman until
several years after Bill's death, and it took another several years
before I actually got to HEAR any of MR's stuff.

Audio-wise, Murray's entire first LP "You Can't Beat People Up And
Have Them Say I Love You" is available free for your listening
