Norbert 'Nobby' Cocker read poetry for exactly 100 years. As a barrow boy
in
the East End of London he would often juggle oranges, and recite William
Blake's 'The Tiger' at the same time. When 106, Nobby was persuaded by
booksmusicfilmstv.com to read his favourite poem one last time. Rather
poignantly, Nobby expired seconds after reading the Blake classic.
