This Teaching asks,
"What does it take for you to answer a call for help?"
TEACHING DELIVERED THROUGH FRANCES M. KLUG
ON JUNE 10,1981
"HELP"
"Sometimes this word is said silently, and sometimes
it is said in a shout. Many times it is just obvious to
the eye, and this is where charity should come about.
Not that charity should not respond to the call or the
shout, but it is necessary to be sensitive to the needs
of others, and not always wait until they have to cry
out quietly, or in a shout.
Charity is based on awareness, then taking action
to ease, or correct what is causing the call for help.
Help is sometimes such a little thing, other times it takes
sacrifice above and beyond a normal act of Charity.
What does it take for you to answer a call for help?"
